1. Booking and Fees

– The fee for the taster session is non-refundable.
– The fee is redeemable against course fees if you choose to enrol in one of our training programmes within 30 days of attending the session.
– Your booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

2. Session Format and Attendance

– The session will be conducted live via Zoom. A stable internet connection is required for participation.
– Cameras are optional during the session; however, microphones should remain muted unless instructed otherwise by the tutor.
– Late arrivals may miss key elements of the session and will not be entitled to a refund or reschedule.

3. Certificate

– Attendees will receive an NLDC Dental Nursing Taster Certificate (PDF) upon completion.
– This certificate is for participation only and does not constitute an official qualification or diploma.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations

– NLDC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, attendees will be offered an alternative date.
– If an attendee cannot attend their scheduled session, they must inform NLDC in writing at least 48 hours in advance to be considered for rescheduling. Rescheduling is subject to availability and not guaranteed.

5. Conduct During the Session
Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during the session. NLDC reserves the right to remove anyone displaying inappropriate or disruptive behaviour without refund.

6. Information and Privacy

– Personal information collected during the application process will be handled in compliance with GDPR regulations and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
– Session recordings (if applicable) may be used for training or quality purposes and will remain the property of NLDC.

7. Disclaimer

– The taster session is designed to provide an introduction to dental nursing and our training programmes.
– NLDC makes no guarantees regarding employment or career outcomes as a result of attending the session.
