Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Nurse Assessor to join our team. This is a full time role, delivered remotely, supporting learners to achieve their qualifications and succeed in their careers.

Key requirements:

• CAVA qualification (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in assessing (Apprenticeship or NVQ pathways)
• Background in dental nursing with up to date knowledge of industry standards
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to support and inspire learners to reach their potential

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing learners in line with awarding body requirements
• Providing constructive feedback and guidance
• Monitoring learner progress and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting learners to achieve their goals within agreed timescales
