Upon completion of the course, our dental nurses graduate with a qualification that we’re proud of. The course emphasises teamwork within the dental practice and ensures that dental nurses receive thorough training, providing reassurance to both the trainee and the dental practice.

NLDC’s Dental Nurse Course is designed by practising GDC registrants with extensive experience, and you will be assigned a personal tutor to assist you in your studies. We also offer employment support while you are on the course.

Dental Nurse Expertise

Dental Nurses play a crucial role in the dental experience. Not only do they provide support to dentists across a wide range of treatments, but they also play a key role in supporting the patients. Other responsibilities include infection control and maintaining health and safety in the workplace.

Dental nurses are expected to be well-rounded professionals. They should possess excellent communication skills, be caring and compassionate, highly organised, and approachable. Additionally, they must remain calm and capable of working under pressure.
